With the Ultra Buffer built into the Pitchblack X, you’ll never have to fret about your guitar’s signal. Passive pickups with a high impendence output often begin to lose signal after 18 feet. Run your guitar through multiple pedals, all with their own input and outputs, as well as extra cable footage from your board to the amp, and you can quickly find your tone lacking. Switch the unit to Ultra Buffer, and the signal is strengthened in bypass mode to maintain your guitar tone, no matter the number of pedals or cable length.
