Description
This range of cases, molded from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, are less than half the weight of traditional wooden racks, have gasket seals and are water resistant and dustproof. Intended for the protection of larger rack-mounting equipment, they have mounting rails and removable lids at the front and rear.
There are molded-in skids on the sides and top, the latter interlocking with the case above when they are stacked. At front and rear there is a metal frame with apertures for rack-mounting hardware, the lids mount onto these with butterfly twist latches. Heavy duty handles provide a secure grip on either side of the deeper models.
