4U SKB, standard rack case is lightweight and durable and offers the highest possible security. Its convenient and easy-handling attributes make it a preferred case among others of the same size.
Body
The standard rack cases are produced from polyethylene of significantly larger molecular weight. The case shells are prepared by thermoforming of the material to make it extra lightweight. The bodies are finally finished with a black coat and optional caster board.

The rackmount frame is 19’’ in width per EIA guidelines.
